Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our rental services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Rental Agreement
2.1. By completing a rental transaction, you agree to enter into a legally binding rental agreement with Nature Nest Rentals
2.2. The rental agreement will include details such as rental period, rental fees, security deposit, and any additional terms agreed upon by both parties.

3. Rental Fees and Payment
3.1. Rental fees are calculated based on the agreed-upon rate for the specified rental period.
3.2. Payment is due at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed upon. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of the reservation.
3.3. Additional charges may apply for late returns, damages, or other breaches of the rental agreement.

4. Security Deposit
4.1. A security deposit may be required to cover any damages, losses, or additional charges incurred during the rental period.
4.2. The security deposit will be refunded within a reasonable time frame after the rental period, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges.

5. Rental Period
5.1. The rental period begins at the agreed-upon start time and ends at the agreed-upon return time.
5.2. Extensions to the rental period may be granted subject to availability and additional fees.

6. Cancellation Policy
6.1. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the rental start time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
6.2. Refunds for cancellations will be issued in accordance with our cancellation policy.

7. Equipment Use and Care
7.1. You agree to use the rented equipment in a safe and responsible manner, following all instructions and guidelines provided by Nature Nest Rentals.
7.2. You are responsible for any damage or loss of equipment during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear.

8. Liability
8.1. Nature Nest Rentals shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of rented equipment, except where such liability is imposed by law.
8.2. You agree to indemnify and hold Nature Nest Rentals harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the rental equipment.

9. Termination of Agreement
9.1. Nature Nest Rentals reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement and reclaim the rented equipment if you fail to comply with these terms and conditions.

10. Governing Law
10.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bosnia and Hercegovina.
